No individual Proof Notes are currently available. A Proof Note is a dated case record containing a baseline, a shipped fix, matched re-test observations, a movement summary, and an explicit uncertainty note.

What a Proof Note contains
One engagement, told end to end, in the same order every time:
- The missing prompt and the baseline engine result - including who was cited instead.
- The fix that shipped, dated, listing exactly what was deployed.
- Dated re-test observations - sampled runs of the same prompt on the same engines.
- The movement summary - including "no sampled movement yet" when that is the result.
- An explicit uncertainty note. Engine answers vary, so the note states what its observations cannot establish.
Why retain no-movement observations? The format keeps dated before/after observations whether or not movement appears, so a reader can distinguish an observed change from an unchanged result.
