RankEcho is operated by Nexus Decision Systems LLC. This policy explains what information RankEcho collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Public domain names submitted for audits.
• Optional email addresses submitted for results, login, or billing.
• Audit results, prompt outputs, cited URLs, source domains, and scorecard data.
• Account, plan, and billing status when a paid plan is used.

Information we do not require

RankEcho does not require CMS access, analytics access, Search Console access, CRM access, or passwords to run an initial public-domain audit.

How we use information

We use information to operate audits, generate reports, provide account access, process billing, improve aggregate benchmarks, and protect the service from abuse.

Service providers

RankEcho may use infrastructure, AI model, email, analytics, and payment providers to operate the service. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; RankEcho should not store raw card details.
